Atlas Shrugged is one of the most important books of all time, and saw a new life following the economic downturn. Birth Tea Party movement a couple of years ago, Rand brought the work back into the public debate, and philosophy continue to inspire debate about the role of government.

This movie could not have come at a more fundamental level, and this is important for many reasons. There is no doubt hope for their favorite book is translated to film without screwing the producer. Atlas Shrugged as the way many of us see the world and bring those ideas to the big screen offers a new opportunity to reach a unique audience receptive.

Anyone who has read Atlas is aware that will slog through. The dialogue is embarrassing. How to maintain this icon of a book and still relevant and interesting? How do you make a film that people are looking forward to for decades, and take the opportunity to reach millions of people with the philosophy of Rand, at the same time?

Producers and John Harmon Kaslow Aglialoro have fallen short.

The film is set in the near future - 2016. The opening sequence is terrifying in its realism - New images that Americans can also watch our television screens in 5 years.
