Google announced on Wednesday once again e-mail function is designed to help reduce one of the true time bombs, the existence of a modern digital information overload.

Gmail feature called "smart labels" which is now available for users who choose to activate the feature in Gmail Labs' page that automatically sorts mail into groups to facilitate - and users - and hopefully less stressful to manage their email Front overflow.

"Many users do not want to read these things, but not necessarily want to read it in your diet every day," said Steve Crossan, a Gmail product manager.

He added: "In my personal Gmail account, I get a lot of this mail and I think (smart labels) to be very useful, easy to quickly find the amount of mail I have in this category .."

This new feature is based on the Gmail account of priority of the technology, which is to select and highlight the most urgent e-mails from someone inbox.

Google says that people who use this to spend time together 15% less read your email. This is good news, says Crossan, since information overload is one of the biggest challenges for e-mail communications.

"We continue to invest heavily in this area," he said.

Last week, Google's system of email has made headlines for reasons less salty - the company has temporarily lost the e-mails to tens of thousands of users.
